Tora Collective
Troy Bramley and Claire Edwards are co-owners and fishers of Tora Collective. They started Tora Collective, with the dream of keeping kaimoana in Aotearoa. They were fed up with New Zealand’s best seafood being shipped offshore to be enjoyed in other hemispheres. They wanted to ensure Kiwis and visitors alike, could experience the unique delicacies from their shores by . supplying kaimoana (seafood) – fresh as, and coming straight from the ocean. Tora is a hidden gem, tucked away in an untouched corner of New Zealand.
Combining their industry knowledge, skills, and passion for the cause, they launched Tora Collective, with the purpose of supplying Aotearoa with the absolute freshest and most sustainable kaimoana. By sustainably harvesting to order seasonally, and sending it to customers straight from the nutrient- rich salt waters of Tora overnight. The result? Truly fresh, sustainable kaimoana enjoyed by Kiwis, and on menus across the country – while leading the charge in sustainable fishing!
Ben joins Troy for the day harvesting Crayfish and also dives for paua.
